They’ll be scanned onto your pension record and posted back within 15 working days from the date they were received.
We return original and certified copies of documents by recorded delivery within the UK.
Any documents that are not original or certified copies will not be returned and securely destroyed.
Documents to be returned outside of the UK will be sent by international signed for mail. Only documents that have been sent to us with a pre-paid return envelope will be given a tracking reference.
