If you are still actively paying into your NHS pension you need to contact your employer who will update your address.

The only exception to this is Dental Practitioners. If you are a dental practitioner you should first update your personal details on your Compass account, details on how to do this can be found in the NHS Dental Services section of the Knowledge Base. You should then contact NHS Pensions on 0300 330 1346 to make this adjustment on your pension record.

If you are a deferred member (no longer paying into the pension) you can  notify NHS Pensions by submitting a change of address form (COA1) which can be found on our website. Alternatively, please call NHS Pensions on 0300 330 1346 or 0191 279 0571 (+44 191 2790571 if you are calling from overseas) to update your record.

If you are in receipt of your benefits you can notify NHS Pensions by submitting a Change of address and bank details form which can be found on our website. Alternatively, please contact NHS Pensions on 0345 1212522 (or +44 191 283 0303 if you are overseas).
