The NHSPT is a charity with an aim to help with suffering and hardship through small cash grants to eligible beneficiaries.
Beneficiaries are individuals who:
- have retired from service in any capacity within the NHS in England, Wales, and Scotland
- are the spouse, widow, widower or other dependent of that individual
