It would depend on your employees capacity code to determine how their change in hours would be reflected.

  • If the members capacity code is 3, 8 or 10, their employments must be closed down with an SD55T and then re-opened at the date of change in contract.
  • If a member is changing from part time to full time and their capacity code is not 3, 8 or 10, this can be reflected on the final part of the SD55 annual update where you can advise of changes to the members employment details and/or personal details.
  • If a member is changing from full time to part time and their capacity code is not 3, 8 or 10, this can be reflected on the final part of the SD55 annual update as above.
  • If a part time member changes their standard working hours and remains in part time employment, this should be reflected on your annual SD55 update.
