If you need to change contributions or pay details this can be done by submitting a SD55E form. The SD55E can also be used to amend the number of hours or sessions worked by part time members of staff.

If you need to change personal details such as a name or address this can be done by submitting a SD55G form.

If the member changed hours or had a mid-year contribution rate change  and this was not reflected on the SD55 this cannot be changed by an SD55E. For employers with POL you will need to rewind the employment and resubmit the SD55 with the correct details. Please note when rewinding employment this will remove any annual updates for the years after the date you are rewinding to. Non POL employers should email details of the change to nhsbsa.directionbodies@nhs.net
