If you contact your employer for an estimate of your NHS Pension benefits, you must confirm your civil partnership or marriage status if you want the estimate to include an adult dependant's pension for your spouse.
Pensioner
You must write to us to confirm this and send your original or a certified copy of your marriage or civil partnership certificate.
