Applied with wrong course details
Log into your NHS LSF account and correct the details.
You can amend the course details up until your university confirms your attendance.
Applied to early in the same academic year
Change the course details on your current application.
This includes cases where the application has been rejected.
If applications for the correct course are not yet open, you must wait until they're open to change your course details.
Once you've changed your course details, contact us to update your application.
We'll contact you if we need any further information.
Correct course starts in the next academic year
Make a new application for the correct course.
General application
Log into your NHS LSF account to upload evidence and amend course details.
You must contact us if you've submitted your application and need to make any other changes.
Application has been processed
Select the relevant academic year and update your details with the correct information on your NHS LSF account.
Assessors will make any relevant amendments to the application or advise what further evidence must be uploaded.
If your attendance has already been confirmed by your university, the system will not allow changes to be made. You must ask your university to complete a ‘Course Change’ on their University Portal.
