Yes, once the reference request has been sent, Trac will automatically send emails to chase the request.
In addition to this HR Shared Services (HRSS) will chase any outstanding checks (including references) by email every five working days. Further information on this can be found in the article Who should chase outstanding pre-employment checks? (BSA).
