Smartcard users can register for self-service unlock and renew; this will allow you to reset your own smartcard password should your smartcard become locked. This function also allows you to self-renew the certificates on your smartcard.

If your smart card is locked or the certificates have expired and you did not previously register for self-unlocking, please contact the HR Shared Services (HRSS) Query team for support.
