If you are unable to access the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) because you have locked your account or forgotten your password details, you can request a password reset using the ‘Forgotten Username or Password’ link on the ESR login page.

If you are unable to reset your own password, please contact the HR Shared Services (HRSS) Query team.

If you have previously had access to ESR and are having issues please ensure that you are using Internet Explorer to access ESR and not using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, also try restarting your computer.
