HR Shared Services (HRSS) have a dedicated Query team who are the first point of contact for any query.
The Query team can be contacted by phone or webchat during the opening hours, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm. Contact details for the team can be found on the dedicated HRSS Contact Us Page. The page also allows customers to contact HRSS 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through a Contact Form.
