No. The only exception to this rule is if you have been added to the Recruiting Manager's (RM) Trac account as a Delegate.

A Delegate user is an employee who has been granted like for like access as that of the Recruiting Manager (RM). A Delegate will be able to see the same recruitments and details as the RM and can take actions on their behalf.

Please be aware that you should never log into another person's Trac account, even those that you have been granted delegate access for
