Once a vacancy is advertised, the Recruiting Manager (RM) in Trac can be amended by the HR Shared Services (HRSS) Query team.
If the RM needs to be amended before a vacancy is advertised, the vacancy will need to be put back to draft by HRSS before the amendment can be made and re-submitted for authorisation.
A request to amend the RM must be submitted by emailing the HRSS Query team or by responding to a Trac communication received into your outlook account related to the vacancy. If the request is urgent, it can be followed up with a telephone call.
HRSS can accept a request to amend the RM from the following:
- The RM named on the vacancy.
- Corporate HR.
- A named Delegate for the RM.
