Yes, the advert text can be amended once a vacancy has been advertised.
All requests must be emailed to the HR Shared Services (HRSS) Query team or via a response to a Trac communication received to their outlook account specific to the vacancy.
HRSS can accept a request to amend the advert text from the following:
- Recruiting Manager (RM) named on the vacancy, known as the 'Appointing Manager' in Trac
- A named Delegate for the RM
- The Business Services Authority's (BSA) Corporate HR team.
