Applications made via Trac
The Recruiting Manager (RM) or Delegate of a vacancy will be able to log into Trac, search for the relevant vacancy and see how many candidates have applied at any time throughout the advertising period.
Applications made via NHS Jobs
For any vacancies that are external, and have therefore also been advertised on NHS Jobs, the RM or Delegate will need to contact the HR Shared Services (HRSS) Query team to check the volume of applications.
Applications made through the Business Service Authority’s (BSA) recruitment page
Applications made through the BSA’s recruitment page will appear in Trac instantly.
