Due to the current Coronavirus outbreak, we have been asked by NHS England and NHS Improvement (NHSEI) to gather additional personal data from patients in England in relation to COVID-19.

The COVID-19 Triage form captures data on telephone triage calls made to dental practices in England. This form is available on Compass in the new COVID-19 Triage reporting facility and is available to all users with Performer, Business Owner, Practice Manager/Administrator or Activity Manager roles within England.
