If you have locked your smartcard or your certificates need renewing and you haven’t registered for self-unlocking of your smartcard, you will need to contact the HR Shared Services (HRSS) Query team who will be able to advise you of the process.  In this instance you will be required to attend Stella House with your smartcard.
