Yes, the Recruiting Manager (RM) or Delegate can request that the vacancy is changed from a permanent contract to a fixed term contract (FTC) by emailing the HR Shared Services (HRSS) Query team or by responding to a Trac communication from their Outlook account in relation to the specific vacancy.
If any candidates have already applied for the vacancy prior to the change in contract type, the RM or Delegate will also need to provide HRSS with some wording to send to the candidates regarding the update.
