Recruiting managers who want to reuse a listing and publish will need a user with the role of either:
- super user
- team manager
- recruitment administrator
You can reuse a vacancy that has previously been published by selecting the job title link for the listing. You’ll then need to select 'reuse this listing' from the 'what needs doing next' section.
You’ll still be able to change any details of the new listing before publishing.
If the job listing isn't on your dashboard, you can use the search for a listing function.
