If you’re a Super User, you can view the applicants name and email address once they‘ve submitted an application. If they’ve selected telephone as their preferred contact method, you’ll also see their telephone number.
You can view this information by selecting the ‘Applicant Details’ tab on the job listing.
'Team Managers', 'Recruitment Administrators', and 'Recruiting Managers' can view personal details once the applicant is shortlisted for an interview.
If you're a Recruiting Manager, you must also be named on the job listing to do this.
