Applicants are asked to provide their referee details once they accept a job offer. You'll then be able to review the details and accept or reject them during pre-employment checks.
You can also update the service to show you need to ask the applicant for more information.
Referee details are only available during pre-employment checks and contracts. They cannot be viewed after this.
