You can add additional users to your shortlisting panel when creating a vacancy. You can have up to 10 users on a shortlist panel.
You're unable to change or remove a user from the shortlisting panel once they’re added. If a member of the panel cannot complete their scoring, the shortlisting lead can progress the listing to the shortlisting stage.
