Once a Graduate Management Training Scheme (GMTS) vacancy has closed in Trac, HR Shared Services (HRSS) will move all the candidates that applied to the vacancy through to Interview:Offline in Trac, bypassing the shortlisting stage.
The vacancy is moved to Interview:Offline to allow the Lead Interview to complete the offer table, all interviews have taken place prior to GMTS vacancies being set up on Trac.
