If you’ve recently started your job and have not received your first payslip, you can still submit your HC1 application.
In Part 9 of the form, write the date you started your job and explain you've not yet received your first payslip.
Once you receive this, send us a copy by post or email with a covering note including your:
- full name
- date of birth
- full address
If you've received your first payslip but not the amount the form asks for as evidence, send us copies of the payslips you've received so far.
