An authorised signatory at the Sub ICB Location (SICBL) or an agency on their behalf, must inform us of:
- additions
- deletions
- changes
They must notify us by using one of the relevant proformas on our website.
The completed form should be returned to prescriptioninformation@nhsbsa.nhs.uk.

The SICBL are the organisation who pay your practice.
You'll need to contact them to update your bank details.
