Only a ‘Super user’ can manage the KPIs by selecting the 'Key performance indicators (KPIs)' link from the manage the account section of the dashboard.

If you change a KPI, this applies to all new job listings created in your organisations account.

The two KPI’s a Super user can change are 'Due days' and 'Done by days'. By default, all KPIs are set to 99 days but you can change this.

You can do this by:

  • entering the number of working days you need a task done by in the 'Done by (days)' text boxes
  • entering the number of working days when a task has not been done and there’s a risk it might not get done in the 'Due (days)' text boxes

A KPI starts when a job listing, or applicant moves from one stage to another.

The different KPI stages and relevant colour coding that appear on the employer dashboard are:

KPI stages
KPI stage Colour code
On Track Green
Due Orange
Overdue Red
