Only ‘Super users’ can deactivate or reactivate a user account.

To deactivate a user:

  1. select Manage users from the 'Manage the account' section of the dashboard.
  2. Select the user you want to deactivate.
  3. Select Deactivate account.

If the user has access to multiple organisations, they'll only lose access to the organisation which has deactivated them.

You can reactivate a user by selecting ‘Reactivate account’.

The user will receive an email notification to confirm they've been deactivated or reactivated.
