Only ‘Super users’ can deactivate or reactivate a user account.

To deactivate a user, select 'Manage users' from the 'Manage the account' section of the dashboard. Select the user you want to deactivate and select 'Deactivate account'.

If the user has access to multiple organisations, they will only lose access to the organisation that has deactivated them.

Once deactivated, you can reactivate a user by selecting ‘Reactivate account’.

The user will not receive an email notification to inform them they’ve been deactivated. If you reactivate a user, they'll receive an email notification.
