HR Shared Services (HRSS) use a digital pre-employment checking (DPEC) tool to gather all pre-employment documentation required from a candidate. This can include:
- Right to Work – UK/ROI Passport, Visa, settled Status Share code Etc.
- Photographic Identification – Passport, UK Driving Licence, EEA/EU identity card Etc.
- Confirmation of address – UK utility bill, UK/EEA Financial statement, Council Tax statement Etc.
- Qualifications – A level, Degree Etc.
- Professional Registration – Membership card, certificate confirming registered body, membership number, issued/end date Etc.
- DBS Clearance – Applications will be requested from the candidate, submitted to the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and outcome received all from Amiqus. DBS certificates should not be updated to the system under any circumstances.
