Only ‘Super users’ can add at risk applicants to the NHS Jobs service.

If you’re a 'Super user', you can add and manage users by selecting 'at risk applicants' from the 'Manage the account' section of the dashboard.

To add an at risk applicant you must include their:

  • email address used on their applicant account
  • first name
  • last name

Once the details are added, ’Super users’ can still change and delete them from the 'at risk' applicant list.

Applications from 'at risk applicants’ will be marked when you’re scoring and shortlisting.
