Users with the ‘Super User’, ' Recruitment Administrator' and 'Team Manager' roles can add supporting documents. These can be selected when making a job offer.

You can add and delete supporting documents by selecting the 'Supporting documents' link from the 'Manage the account' section of the dashboard.

Supporting documents will only be available to select when using the NHS Jobs service to make offers online and must:

  • not exceed 1 MB in file size
  • be in a DOC, DOCX or PDF format
