Users with the ‘Super User’, ' Recruitment Administrator' and 'Team Manager' roles can add and manage contract templates.

To do this select 'Contract templates' from the 'Manage the account' section of the dashboard.

Your organisation will need contract templates to be able to issue a contract to applicant. Without a template, you will need to do this outside of the service.

To add a contract template, you must:

  • choose a name for the template
  • select the type of agreement (addendum, contract, secondment)
  • add fixed terms
  • add more terms and conditions

Once you have added a contract template, you'll be able to preview, change and remove it.
