There’s no deadline for when an applicant must respond to a job offer in the NHS Jobs service.

If an applicant has not responded to a job offer, an automatic reminder email will be sent after 3 days. If they still haven’t responded, a further reminder will be sent 6 days after the first email.

Alternatively, you can respond on behalf of the applicant to either reject the offer or to edit and resend it.
