When an applicant has accepted an interview slot you can rearrange an interview by selecting the ‘Rearrange an interview’ button from the ‘Interviews scheduled’ screen.

On this screen, you’ll see a list of applicants who have interviews scheduled. You can either assign them to an existing interview time or create a new one.

You can also schedule an interview on behalf of an applicant who has not selected a date or time yet. You can either assign them to an existing time and date or create a new one.

You cannot withdraw an applicant from the interview date and time once an applicant has accepted an interview. You’ll mark the applicant as ‘not interviewed’ once all interviews are complete.

As an interviewer, if you can no longer make the dates and times sent out to applicants, you can create new ones and assign the applicants to them. This is an option until the interview schedule is locked.

You can access the applicants contact details to let them know of any changes.

Recruitment Managers cannot create new interview times or assign candidates to them.
