The Shortlisting Lead and any shortlisting panel members for a listing can view and score applications whilst the job listing is live.
If you’re scoring 'online', scores are recorded within the NHS Jobs service.
If you’re scoring 'offline', you can download applications to score them outside of the NHS Jobs service.
Applicant details are anonymous until shortlisting is complete, however Super Users can access the name and contact details of applicants once an application has been submitted.
