Once you’ve confirmed which applicants have been shortlisted, you’ll be asked if you want to set up a reserve shortlist.
You can add any applicants you have not selected to invite to interview to your reserve shortlist. You can then invite them to interview later if you need to.
Once you confirm which applicants you want to interview and which applicants you want to add to your reserve shortlist, all other applicants will be contacted to let them know that they’ve been unsuccessful.
An applicant on the reserve shortlist is notified that they’re unsuccessful when an offer is started with a successful applicant.
