The error message 'NHS Jobs Future Service was in a strange state - either the vacancy was closed or has been unpublished' means the job listing has already transferred to NHS Jobs draft section.
Once transferred, the job may have been closed in error, or you’re trying to use an old job in Trac that is already closed.
To publish your job listing, follow these steps:
- Close the current job on Trac
- Copy the job listing information in Trac
- Edit the job listing reference number in Trac to be a unique reference. This must be less than 19 characters in length
- Publish the new job in Trac
- Publish the new job listing in NHS Jobs
