Employer - How do I move shortlist reserve applicants which weren’t selected to another listing?

To move shortlist reserve applicants from a listing:

1. Select the option ‘request to move applicants to another listing’.
2. Search for the listing you want to move the applicants to.
3. After selecting the job listing, select which part of the recruitment stage the applicants are in and select reserve list.
4. Select the applicants you want to move and provide the reason for this. You can also add if you want the applicant to provide any missing information to their application.
5. Once submitted, the applicant will be notified of the transfer. They will need to accept this on the system to complete the process.
