If you're unable to login into your NHS Bursary account, check you're using the correct email address and password.
You can reset your password using the 'Forgotten your password?' option on the login page.
Error message when submitting application
If you're getting an error while trying to submit your NHS Bursary application, check you're not using incorrect characters when completing the application.
The application may allow you to pass a page but it will cause an error when you try and submit the application.
If you're still having problems submitting your application, contact us for further advice.
Uploading evidence
The selected file must be:
- a JPG, BMP, PNG, TIF or PDF
- an original copy which displays the document in full
- clear and in focus
- in colour
- unaltered by computer software
- at least 50KB and no more than 8MB
- not password protected
If the document does not meet this criteria, your application will be rejected.
If you need to upload a file or multiple files, you must:
- Select the type of evidence you're uploading.
- Choose the file you want to upload.
- Select Upload another file.
- Once all attachments have been selected and successfully uploaded, select Accept and Submit.
