Your HRT PPC must be valid on the date you collect your medication.
When you buy an HRT PPC, you can choose a start date up to 1 month before or after the date of application.
If you’ve bought an HRT PPC in the last month and want to change the start date, contact our helpdesk.
If you request to move the start date forward, you’ll only be covered for prescriptions from the new start date.
If you applied for an HRT PPC before 1 May 2023 the certificate cannot start before 1 April 2023.
