If you’ve not received your HRT PPC and the money has left your bank account, contact our helpdesk.
If your HRT PPC does not arrive before the start date, you can still collect your prescriptions by ticking ‘box W’ on the prescription form.
Not all prescription forms have a tick box for HRT PPCs. If that's the case, you should tick box 'F' for Prescription Prepayment Certificate (PPC).
If you’ve made a note of the certificate number, give this to the pharmacy or dispensing doctor.
If you do not have your certificate number, the pharmacist or dispensing doctor cannot refuse to dispense your medication. They’ll mark 'evidence not seen' on your prescription.
If you bought an HRT PPC at a pharmacy and have not received it, contact our helpdesk.
