Employer- When will you notify unsuccessful applicants on the reserve shortlist they’re unsuccessful?

An applicant on the reserve shortlist is notified that they’re unsuccessful when the job listing is moved to the offer stage. This is either by email or text, depending on the applicant’s contact preferences.
