You can transfer an applicant to and from an ESR vacancy in NHS Jobs.
If an applicant accepts a job offer and is moved to a different vacancy, their applicant record is terminated in ESR.
If they accept an offer for the new vacancy in NHS Jobs, a new applicant record will be created and linked to the vacancy in ESR.
