An applicant must accept a job offer to complete this question. To complete the hiring process with a new employer, ESR will share information such as the applicants:
- personal details
- employment History
- immunisation and vaccination records
- statutory and mandatory training
If they select 'Yes', NHS Jobs transfers this information to ESR, and the applicant record is updated.
If the NHS Organisation is configured to run Auto-IAT. The applicant's 'Yes' response will trigger the Inter Authority Transfer (IAT), and their employment history transfers upon the update processing.
If they select 'No', NHS Jobs transfers this information to ESR, and the applicant record is updated. The IAT is not run.
