Employer - How do I end a recruitment in NHS Jobs and ESR?

You can end a recruitment if:

• The applicant rejects a job offer or contract
• You withdraw the job offer or contract

NHS Jobs transfers this information to ESR, and the applicant record is terminated.

You can then make a job offer to another applicant.

You must manually close the vacancy in ESR if there are no suitable applicants.
