If you’ve received an overpayment letter and need to make a repayment, you can make payment:
- online using a credit or debit card
- by Bacs (Bankers Automated Clearing System) transfer from your bank account
- by cheque
Bacs transfer
The bank account details to send the payment to are included on the invoice sent with the overpayment letter.
You must include your membership number as the reference. This can be found on the letter sent to you detailing the amount you must repay.
Cheque
The overpayment letter will confirm if the cheque needs to be sent to us or NHS Injury Benefits.
