- deferred members no longer paying into the NHS Pension Scheme
- pensioners in receipt of their NHS pension benefits
- dental practitioners
Active members currently paying into the NHS Pension Scheme
You can update your address on Electronic Staff Record (ESR).
If you do not have access to ESR, contact your employer. They’ll update your address and tell us.
Deferred members no longer paying into the NHS Pension Scheme
You can update your address on My NHS Pension.
If you do not have access to My NHS Pension, complete a change of address form (COA1) or contact us to update your address.
Pensioners in receipt of their NHS pension benefits
You can update your address on My NHS Pension.
If you do not have access to My NHS Pension, complete a change of address form and bank details form.
Dental practitioners
Update your address on Compass.
Once you've done this, email dentalpensions@nhsbsa.nhs.uk to update your pension record.
