Filtering by staff group meant that some users were finding it harder to find some results that were relevant to them, including roles that qualified for multiple staff groups.
To help improve your search for a specific type of role make sure you use key words that are as close to the job role that you are looking for as possible. The more details you give, the better the results.
For example, nurse will bring back a lot of options, but children’s nurse practitioner will be more specific to the role you want.
You can also use the filters on the results page to refine your search. You can filter by pay grade or band, distance or working arrangements like full time or part time.
