The way your rent is calculated depends on how you pay it.
If you pay rent per academic year, the weekly rent will be calculated by dividing your yearly amount by the number of weeks in your academic year.
If you pay rent per term, the weekly rent will be calculated by multiplying your termly rent by 3 and dividing by the number of weeks in your academic year.
Any rent paid during summer holidays can only be taken into account if you're living there. To include this rent in your assessment, we may ask for evidence you were in the area of your student accommodation at the time of your application.
