If you want to cancel the DD set up to pay for your Penalty Charge Notice (PCN), you must cancel it at your bank or building society. We cannot cancel the DD.
If you want to change your bank or building society details, your new account may include a 'switching service' that will move your DDs automatically. If they do not have a 'switching service', you must cancel the DD and set up a new collection plan online using ‘Pay or Challenge’.
We cannot change your DD payment date. You must cancel the DD with your bank or building society. After 2 working days, you can set up a new collection plan online with the new payment date.
