If you’ve made a mistake on your workforce data collection submission you can request for it to be reset.

To request by email

  1. Complete the ‘Request to re-set Incorrect Dental Workforce Data Collection Submissions – April 2024’ form.
  2. Send it tonhsbsa.dentalservices@nhsbsa.nhs.uk.

To request by phone

  1. Call NHS Dental Services on 0300 330 1348.
  2. An advisor will complete the request for you over the phone.

Your workforce data collection submission will be reset within 5 working days.
